All items on the website showing an Add to Cart button are in stock and ready to ship, they will ship using the details below. Any items that show as out of stock, you can use the stock notification form on these pages and we will contact you as soon as they arrive :)
Shipping within the U.K.
Orders will usually leave hyggehue within 24 hours of being placed. Our Standard Shipping of £3.95 is a three Day delivery service with either DHL or Royal Mail. Our courier service offers a range of delivery options once shipped, and provides a 1 hour timed delivery slot by text message and e-mail for your convenience. You will also have the option to change the delivery date, leave with a neighbour, or in a safe place if preferred once the order is in transit. Please note, if 'leave in a safe place' is selected for delivery we can accept no responsibility for missing or lost items.
Standard Shipping in the UK is £3.95 which when you think of the time saved driving and parking, is more than reasonable! (see below for more information about our commitment to only use recycled and low-impact packaging and services)
We offer Next Day before 1 pm or Saturday Delivery services, If you are in the UK you will see an option for Express Shipping based on the weight of your order at checkout - Starting at £7.95. If you have any specific requests, please contact us on email@example.com with your needs and we will work to accommodate them.
Our European rates start from only £9.95, and your exact price will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We ship using either DHL ( 2 - 3 days ) or Royal Mail ( 4 - 6 days ). Our DHL courier service offers a range of delivery options once shipped, and provides a 2 hour timed delivery slot by text message and e-mail for your convenience, and you will have the option to change the delivery date, leave with a neighbour, or in a safe place if preferred once the order has shipped. Rest of the World Shipping.
For USA, Canada, Australia and all countries outside of Europe your shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order. If you do have a query on the international shipping rate, please contact us before you order (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can provide a more accurate quote based on the items you plan to order.
Please note; you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country, this is out of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Here at hyggehue we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we believe the products we supply are an investment for a better life. As you are aware not all products are new and the Vintage products have a history and a story to tel. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.
To return or exchange a product, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 07531 197607 between 9am and 6pm GMT, Monday-Friday. You'll need to have your order number and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at our address. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is beyond our control and the timing varies depending on your card issuer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 69 Cozens Road, Norwich NR1 1JP
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
